What you will do
- Own an assigned book of business and serve as clients' trusted advisor
- Run the full renewal cycle and spot chances to expand accounts
- Resolve complex client questions about data, platform features and integrations
- Pass client feedback to sales, product and research teams
- Track engagement metrics and health scores to reduce churn risk
- Deliver training webinars and one-on-one sessions on new features

- Four or more years in account management, customer success or business development
- Native or N1 Japanese and business level English
- Experience negotiating renewals and handling complex procurement
- Skilled at onboarding clients, giving demos and running training
- Strong communication and presentation skills for varied audiences
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
Nice to have
- Direct experience in data intelligence, GRC, fintech or financial crime compliance
- Understanding of anti-money laundering, sanctions and ESG frameworks
