What you will do

• Turn business goals into hiring plans that match team capacity and market conditions
• Spot hiring risks early and take steps to keep talent delivery on time
• Coach and develop talent acquisition associates to improve quality and consistency
• Analyze recruitment data to find bottlenecks and make targeted fixes
• Keep processes disciplined and compliant for candidates and stakeholders
• Partner with business leaders on data-driven hiring insights and expectations

• Strong stakeholder management, including work with People Partner teams on workforce planning
• Experience coaching and developing recruiting associates
