Director, Enterprise Business Development

About the role

The director leads an enterprise sales team that opens new client partnerships, develops growth strategies for new products and services, and coaches the team toward closing deals.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of business development professionals pursuing new markets, products and partnerships
• Set strategic direction and a go to market playbook for new growth areas
• Own team revenue targets and shape the organizational structure to hit them
• Coach members through weekly one on ones, side by side work and other development activities
• Ensure negotiated contracts meet legal, financial and operational compliance
• Build cross divisional relationships and represent the brand at professional events
