What you will do
- Act as a personal concierge for Danish travellers, suggesting options and adjusting reservations
- Book hotels and private villas and coordinate special arrangements
- Help customers use self service portals, mobile apps, digital passes and web booking tools
- Assist travellers during disruptions such as cancellations, delays, rerouting and overbooked transfers
- Document preferences, changes and resolutions in CRM tools
- Coordinate with back office teams, airline staff and partner hotels to resolve inquiries
