What you will do
- Handle incoming customer enquiries by phone, text and email throughout the lead lifecycle
- Follow up on estimates that were not sold, address objections and secure bookings
- Take and process project deposits inside the customer relationship management system
- Book and coordinate appointments so technician schedules run efficiently
- Act as central dispatcher, updating technician schedules in ServiceTitan
- Keep detailed records of every customer interaction and pipeline stage
