About the role

A strategic leadership role owning global partner driven acquisition across ambassador, referral, affiliate and growth partnership programs. The goal is turning these channels into a predictable and profitable growth engine.

What you will do

• Own the global strategy and performance of ambassador, referral and affiliate programs
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure for international expansion
• Lead and grow the team behind these acquisition channels
• Recruit and manage ambassadors, affiliates, creators and community leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and revenue sharing with partners
• Track channel KPIs and optimize acquisition costs and profitability
