What you will do
- Act as finance partner to assigned commercial teams, learning their sales motions, product mix and customer segments
- Turn financial and operational data into insights that guide resource allocation, growth initiatives and risk decisions
- Analyse sales capacity and productivity, covering headcount, hiring, ramp assumptions and quota capacity
- Own financial planning and performance management for the assigned business areas
- Work with the head of West Finance and commercial leaders across the US, UK and Canada
