Destination Services Coordinator

About the role

A coordination role supporting individuals and families in finding holiday options, choosing accommodation and organising trip arrangements. It blends destination research, client contact and reservation work, with training provided for newcomers.

What you will do

• Work with clients to pin down holiday expectations, interests and priorities
• Gather planning details such as dates, locations, spending limits and lodging needs
• Identify destinations and experiences that match individual requests
• Examine lodging, cruise itineraries, packages, transport and activities
• Assess supplier offerings and highlight options meeting client requirements
• Present holiday possibilities and explain features, inclusions and conditions
