About the role

Manage client relationships and local SEO performance for a portfolio of local business clients, combining account management, Google Business Profile work, reporting and AI-assisted execution.

What you will do

Act as main contact for local business clients and keep them informed proactively
Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles, listings and review workflows
Track performance with Google Search Console and Google Analytics and build client reports
Use Claude and ChatGPT to speed up content and research, reviewing all output
Resolve account issues and spot opportunities for additional services

Strong client communication and account management skills
Hands-on local SEO and Google Business Profile experience
Comfort with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Ability to explain technical marketing results to non-technical clients
Experience using AI tools for marketing workflows with careful quality checks
