Senior Enterprise Account Director

About the role

Sell into the enterprise segment across several verticals, developing new business and managing existing accounts in an assigned region with a consultative approach.

What you will do

• Build and execute vertical go-to-market and account plans
• Create and run contact plans centred on each account
• Identify and carry out upsell and cross-sell strategies
• Develop new business while managing existing accounts in the region
• Work with engineering, product and marketing teams to craft solutions

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• At least five years of sales experience, including telecom or data center industry work
• Hunter mindset rather than business development or account management
• Strong analytical, technical, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas
• Comfort operating in a start-up style environment with multiple deliverables

Nice to have

• At least three years selling into the enterprise space
• Experience selling into healthcare, transportation, manufacturing or logistics verticals
• Knowledge of BANT, TAS or Challenger Sales methodologies
• Prior use of Salesforce and the Microsoft Suite
