Energy Operations Executive

About the role

Support the customer journey across contracting, onboarding, metering, billing and debt within an energy operations team, delivering strong service at every interaction. Two fixed term roles are available.

What you will do

• Handle a range of operational tasks across the customer journey from contracting and onboarding to metering, billing and debt.
• Deliver high quality service and act as an advocate for customers at every stage.
• Work with colleagues in a team to exceed operational expectations.
• Adapt to changing business needs and shifting priorities as the role develops.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Initiative and drive to see tasks through, working independently and in a team.
