Digital Marketing Associate

About the role

Join a growth marketing group that acquires customers and runs a large advertising budget. The role combines creative collaboration with hands-on campaign setup and ad operations.

What you will do

• Launch and manage paid campaigns on channels such as Meta, YouTube and Search
• Work with outside advertising vendors and partners
• Team up with creatives to produce on-brand materials that drive results
• Guarantee every marketing asset is fully compliant and free of errors
• Monitor channel results using Looker and Google Sheets

What they look for

• One to three years in digital marketing, analytics or marketing operations
• Hands-on paid media management and familiarity with the martech stack, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics,
• Understanding of measurement and optimization methods such as A/B tests, attribution models and tracking pixels
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep several projects on schedule
• Persistent problem solver who iterates, adapts to results and communicates well in a team
