Digital Member Experience Manager

About the role

Lead execution of member-facing digital campaigns, content and touchpoints nationally and across regional chapters. The role turns member experience strategy into coordinated content and communications.

What you will do

• Execute membership engagement initiatives across programs, awards, advocacy and campaigns
• Write copy for email, web, app and event platforms in line with brand voice
• Gather inputs from chapter teams and shape messaging for member programs and events
• Manage membership pages and member portal content, including chapter programming and promotions
• Oversee event and digital platforms, reviewing chapter event builds for brand alignment
• Coordinate across channels as a quality checkpoint and support community platform moderation
