Sales Consultant (Automotive)

About the role

An inbound sales role converting customer enquiries into car subscription applications. The consultant explains subscription options, follows up warm leads and checks applications against credit guidelines.

What you will do

• Handle inbound sales calls and enquiries by phone, email and online channels
• Follow up warm leads and missed calls with proactive outbound calls, no cold calling
• Explain car subscription services and recommend suitable vehicles
• Guide customers through applications and collect the required documents
• Record interactions and outcomes accurately in the CRM

What they look for

• Strong phone sales, negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Excellent spoken and written English for Australian customers
• Familiarity with CRM and cloud phone systems
• Attention to detail, integrity, reliability and sound judgment

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Australian customers or businesses
• Knowledge of Australian credit, KYC and privacy requirements
• Background in vehicle finance, leasing or car subscriptions
• A qualification in business, finance or sales
