Payments Specialist

About the role

The role handles client deposits, withdrawals and transfers while ensuring regulatory compliance, and supports client queries and payment issue resolution. It works closely with back office, compliance, risk and support teams.

What you will do

• Process and monitor client deposits, withdrawals and transfers in line with regulations and guidelines
• Update CRM and platform systems with relevant information
• Investigate client requests and complaints in a timely manner
• Assist onboarding and support teams in answering client queries
• Work with compliance and risk teams on specific client cases
• Reconcile payment issues with customers and service providers through various channels

What they look for

• Around one year of experience in payments, transactions or similar financial operations
• Computer literacy with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills and a team player attitude
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Availability for rotation shifts Monday to Friday between 6:00 AM and 4:00 PM UTC+8

Nice to have

• Previous experience communicating with clients
• Prior customer support experience, particularly in forex, CFDs or financial services
