A senior sales role focused on growing business with large organisations in the Czech and Slovak markets. The person builds a qualified pipeline and closes complex deals for consulting, engineering and technology services.
What you will do
- Cultivate lasting ties with important clients and decision makers across both markets
- Find fresh business chances and convert market insight and contacts into a qualified pipeline
- Guide complicated B2B deals from the opening talk through bargaining to signature
- Engage senior people in business, IT, engineering and procurement
- Pair with consultants, architects and delivery teams to design fitting solutions
- Own forecasting, pipeline management and commercial targets
What they look for
- Solid background in B2B IT sales or business development, ideally with a services, consulting, engineering or systems integration provider
- Experience selling consulting or professional services rather than only packaged software or hardware
- Familiarity with the Czech enterprise market and how big organisations make technology purchases
- A proven record of landing new clients, not just tending existing accounts
- Confidence dealing with C-level and senior IT or business stakeholders
- Fluency in English plus Czech or Slovak
Nice to have
- IT consulting and professional services background
- Software or product development experience
- Engineering services knowledge
- Exposure to cloud, data or AI
