Sales Development Representative and Appointment Setter

About the role

A remote outbound sales role focused on booking qualified appointments with UK commercial and property clients. The hire researches prospects, opens conversations with decision makers and hands appointments to the sales team.

What you will do

• Book qualified appointments for the sales team as the main measure of success
• Find the right decision maker, ask discovery questions and qualify leads on need, authority and timing
• Build targeted prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn, Google and directories
• Write personalised emails, run sequences and engage decision makers on LinkedIn
• Record every interaction in the CRM and hand each appointment over clearly to a salesperson

What they look for

• Background in appointment setting, lead generation or outbound SDR work
• Experience using CRM systems
• Excellent spoken and written English and comfort speaking with senior UK decision makers
• Comfort with email sequencing, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, dialler systems, calendars and online meetings
• Confident, persistent, organised and resilient approach with a target driven mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with Apollo or similar sales platforms
