Supports growth of the pharmaceutical business by finding prospects, running outreach and helping expand client relationships. Works closely with company leadership in a hands-on, remote role.
What you will do
- Research pharmaceutical companies, brands, therapeutic areas and agencies to build targeted prospect lists
- Identify decision-makers and run personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns with systematic follow-up
- Maintain prospect and activity records in the CRM and track next steps
- Prepare customized presentations and materials for client meetings and support proposals and RFP responses
- Use AI and automation tools to speed up research, outreach and content creation
- Help run marketing campaigns, webinars and event outreach aimed at pharmaceutical audiences
