What you will do

• Engage prospects through outbound calls, warm leads and inbound inquiries
• Hold consultative conversations to understand needs and recommend suitable programmes
• Convert qualified prospects into enrolments using discovery, objection handling and closing techniques
• Keep accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales activity in CRM systems
• Track call activity, conversion rates, quota attainment and revenue
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and take part in ongoing coaching and training

What they look for

• Demonstrated ability to close sales personally rather than only booking appointments or generating leads
• Experience with short-cycle transactional sales, ideally closing in one or two conversations
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding quotas and performance metrics
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills
• Excellent verbal communication, active listening and CRM documentation habits

Nice to have

• At least one year of tenure in the current position
• Background in outbound advertising sales, consumer services sales, insurance or financial services sales, or education enrolment sales
