Lead the global partner-driven acquisition ecosystem, covering ambassador, referral, affiliate and growth partnership programs. Turn these channels into a scalable and profitable engine that brings in users and revenue.

What you will do

• Own the worldwide strategy and performance of ambassador, referral, affiliate and partnership programs
• Grow these channels into predictable and profitable sources of user acquisition
• Set channel strategies, budgets, incentive models and growth roadmaps
• Recruit and manage relationships with ambassadors, affiliates, creators and community leaders
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions and revenue-sharing deals with partners
• Track channel KPIs such as new users, revenue, acquisition cost, lifetime value and retention
