Senior Sales Enablement and Proposal Writer

About the role

You will strengthen sales efforts by producing persuasive proposals, presentations and enablement content. The role centres on clear messaging that wins clients and supports growth.

What you will do

• Write and lead development of proposals, presentations and sales collateral that convey product and service value
• Work with sales, marketing and subject experts to collect the information needed for proposals and decks
• Tailor proposal content to client needs using case studies, testimonials and sector data
• Build and maintain a central library of sales enablement material that stays current and easy to find
• Keep abreast of sector trends, rival offerings and good practice in enablement and proposal writing
• Take on special projects and assignments as a broad resource for the organisation

What they look for

• More than eight years in sales enablement, proposal writing or presentation development
• A record of crafting narratives and messages for different audience groups
• Strong project management, handling several deadlines and stakeholders at once
• Excellent written and spoken communication with close attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and proposal management tools, plus general operational concepts

Nice to have

• Advanced degree
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Hubspot
• Experience monitoring and submitting through proposal portals such as Merx and Jaggaer
• Comfort using AI tools to speed up content development, research and proposal writing
