About the role

Lead a group of enterprise customer success managers so strategic accounts gain value, adopt the platform, renew and grow. The role sets the strategy that helps customers reach their business goals.

What you will do

Hire, coach and develop a team of enterprise customer success managers
Set performance goals, development plans and clear accountability
Drive retention, renewal readiness and risk reduction for enterprise accounts
Run executive business reviews, success plans and adoption programs
Work with sales on expansion and cross-sell opportunities
Act as escalation point and voice of the customer across departments

What they look for

Seven or more years in customer success, account management, consulting or similar customer-facing work
Three or more years managing customer success or account management teams
Experience handling enterprise accounts

Nice to have

Digital employee experience background
