Customer Care Specialist, Dutch Speaker

About the role

A remote customer service role for Dutch speaking customers, handling questions by phone, email and chat and seeing each case through to a confirmed resolution.

What you will do

• Answer customer questions about products, orders and accounts
• Adjust your tone from brief friendly replies to detailed step by step guidance
• Meet the team's response time and quality targets
• Confirm with the customer that the issue is resolved before closing
• Report recurring problems to your team leader for a permanent fix

What they look for

• Fluent Dutch
• Good English for internal tools and written documentation
• Able to pick up new internal systems quickly
• Willing to work the team's set shift pattern
• Basic computer skills and comfort with web based tools
• A quiet workspace and reliable internet access for remote work
