Part-Time Client Service Associate

About the role

Support financial advisors in giving clients an organised and responsive service experience. The part-time role handles service requests, account paperwork, record keeping and day-to-day client needs without any sales duties.

What you will do

• Act as a responsive contact for routine client questions and service requests
• Prepare and process paperwork for new advisory and retirement accounts
• Coordinate money movements such as wires, ACH transfers, rollovers and distributions
• Handle account maintenance including beneficiaries, addresses and banking instructions
• Keep client records, notes and tasks accurate in CRM systems and assist with document management

• Experience with Schwab custodial platforms
• Background supporting client relationships and processing account service requests
• Exceptional attention to detail, organisation and follow-through
• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication
• Ability to juggle priorities, meet deadlines and handle confidential information

Nice to have

• A bachelor's degree or comparable industry experience
• Experience with CRM systems
