Director, Marketing Programs

About the role

Leads the company's enterprise marketing programs and events strategy, guiding a broad portfolio of corporate, regional, partner and client events that support revenue growth and brand visibility. Sets vision, governance and performance standards for the whole events portfolio.

What you will do

• Set and lead the enterprise marketing programs and events strategy in line with growth goals and go-to-market priorities
• Own the full events portfolio, from corporate and regional events to partner, client and internal gatherings
• Build a multi-year roadmap that grows pipeline, engages customers and differentiates the brand in the market
• Define governance, investment criteria, operating standards and measurement frameworks for the portfolio
• Advise senior leaders on program strategy, audience engagement and investment choices
• Oversee prospectus development, sponsorship packages, budgets, contracts and post-event reporting
