About the role

Lead and grow the customer facing support teams for a trading API business, scaling service globally and turning customer insights into product and process improvements.

What you will do

Direct the general and VIP support teams serving traders, developers and institutional clients
Build a follow the sun support model with clear service standards across regions
Use data, automation and AI to keep improving how customers are served
Partner with product, engineering, trading, operations and compliance on fixes
Study customer journeys first hand and convert findings into actionable feedback

Track record of building and developing global support teams
