Lead the invoice to pay process for a multi entity healthcare organisation run through a managed services structure. The focus is accurate, controlled vendor payments plus scalable automation and strong internal controls.
What you will do
- Own and improve the invoice to pay cycle across several legal entities and practice sites
- Help configure and roll out Coupa and Coupa Pay, covering invoice routing, payment methods and settlement
- Set up standard invoice intake channels such as EDI, OCR, vendor portal and email capture
- Design and maintain two way and three way matching, plus an approval matrix tied to delegated authority
- Spot duplicate payments, split invoices and fraudulent billing risks, and support audit needs
- Supervise and develop two to three accounts payable specialists and set productivity and accuracy targets
What they look for
- Seven or more years in accounts payable, with at least three in a supervisory position
- Experience in a multi entity or multi location setting
- Hands on experience with Coupa
- Solid grasp of two way and three way matching and approval workflows
- Knowledge of healthcare expense categories and general ledger coding
- Familiarity with W-9 compliance and 1099 preparation
