Sales and Service Backoffice Support

About the role

A part time back office role supporting sales and service administration for a Benelux subsidiary, working remotely. The position keeps quotations, orders and service records organised and running smoothly.

What you will do

• Act as the central contact point for sales and service and organise the back office
• Maintain customer, installed base and service contract records, including warranty status, in the CRM
• Support scheduling for sales and field service, including visits, installations, maintenance and calibrations
• Handle correspondence and pass completed orders and service reports to finance for invoicing

What they look for

• Completed business training and several years of experience, ideally in sales or service administration in a technical setting
• Experience coordinating many tasks and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with a structured, precise approach
• Independent, proactive and solution oriented working style
• Excellent MS Office skills and quick learning of new IT systems
• Fluent written and spoken English

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM or ERP systems
• Knowledge of French and Dutch
• Knowledge of German
