What you will do

  • Run vendor-developed programs day to day, splitting KPIs across the field team and keeping partners and vendor leaders accountable
  • Set performance measures with supplier management, then turn them into targets the field team owns
  • Recruit, hire and mentor sales staff, manage performance, write development plans and give regular feedback
