What you will do

  • Handle day to day administration for a portfolio of accounts, some simple and some complex
  • Coordinate corporate client relationships and the operational side of capital markets activity
  • Act as the go to person for several processes, products and services
  • Review and approve assignments and DWAC requests
  • Reconcile accounts daily and answer internal and external queries promptly
  • Onboard new transactions and keep governing documents understood
