You will own the quote-to-cash configuration in DealHub and Salesforce, shaping design direction and handling technical build and administration for a growing go-to-market systems function.
What you will do
- Own DealHub configuration and daily administration, including catalog, pricing rules, quote flows and approvals
- Help shape the platform roadmap and design choices that keep configuration extensible
- Scope and prioritise work with implementation partners, then review and test their builds
- Set change governance, testing, documentation and data quality standards
- Maintain Salesforce configuration and related GTM tools that connect to quote-to-cash
- Gather requirements from Sales, Deal Desk, Finance and Legal and turn them into buildable specs
