About the role

Lead brand strategy and marketing for a new consumer packaged goods business, from consumer positioning through product launches, demand building and retail growth. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign execution.

What you will do

• Build an integrated marketing roadmap supporting launches, retail expansion and demand
• Oversee creative work across advertising, content, social, partnerships, events, sampling and packaging
• Create retail buyer presentations and shopper marketing programs that drive distribution and sell-through
• Manage agencies and external partners, own the marketing budget and track performance metrics

• A record of launching or growing consumer brands in competitive markets
• Strong strategic judgment plus the ability to execute in detail
• Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, including influencing senior leaders
