What you will do
- Own the healthcare portfolio, setting go to market strategy and prioritizing markets by size and momentum
- Negotiate national partnerships and activate campus chapters with ready made playbooks
- Recruit, train and manage a campus ambassador network with clear targets and incentives
- Speak with students directly through calls, messages and campus visits to learn why applications stall
- Work with product, client happiness and compliance teams on features and messaging
- Forecast pipeline, track cohort results, manage budget and optimize acquisition and lifetime value
