What you will do

• Handle system-level Workfront administration, covering users, groups, access levels, layout templates and custom forms
• Set up request queues, routing rules, approvals and automated workflows to speed up intake and cut manual handoffs
• Build and look after Workfront Fusion scenarios that support automation and API connections
• Create and refine reports and dashboards inside Workfront
• Train newly provisioned users, produce guides and walkthroughs, and resolve platform problems
• Work with project coordinators to flag at-risk timelines and bottlenecks early through automation
