What you will do
- Guide client companies through their HR needs with coaching from an HRBP manager
- Build and roll out HR plans, systems and procedures that fit each client's business goals
- Help clients set up solid HR foundations and stay compliant, drafting handbooks and policies
- Prepare clients for mergers and acquisitions by sharing best practices at engagement start
- Lead or support rollouts of HRIS, payroll, benefits and performance software
- Research, recommend and administer benefits, covering enrollment, claims and invoice checks
