  • Set goals with assigned agents, gain their commitment and follow up to hit quotas
  • Work with field sales and product teams on growth and bring new agencies through onboarding
  • Lead training sessions so agencies know the products and guidelines
  • Join strategy meetings with field partners and inside sales leadership
  • Travel occasionally to agency visits, conventions and trade shows
