Inside Sales Representative

About the role

Suits a self-starter who can build structure and momentum while working alone at home. The job is the front line for introducing pharmacies to the counting technology and for passing qualified automation leads to the wider sales team.

At a glance

What you will do

• Run the full sales cycle for counting software: prospect, qualify, demo online, quote, negotiate and close.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls and targeted emails to independent and community pharmacies.
• Follow up fast on inbound and campaign leads, run discovery calls and hand qualified automation leads to colleagues.

What they look for

• Organised and persistent, able to work independently and create structure in a remote setting.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling, virtual product presentations and pipeline management in a CRM.
• Able to learn the product well and tie its features to the daily problems of pharmacy owners and staff.

A typical week

• Most of the time goes to proactive calls and emails to pharmacies.
• Virtual discovery sessions and product demos with prospects.
• Quoting, objection handling and follow-up to move deals forward.
• Researching target pharmacies and keeping the pipeline and CRM records current.
