A remote booking role guiding travellers from first enquiry to final reservation. The specialist researches options, coordinates services and keeps clients informed throughout planning.

What you will do

• Discuss holiday plans and requested services with prospective travellers
• Establish needs by reviewing destinations, dates, budgets and accommodation wishes
• Search approved supplier resources and booking platforms for suitable products
• Explore flights, hotels, resorts, cruises, transport and activities
• Assess packages and turn findings into clear, practical recommendations
• Explain amenities, package features, prices and booking conditions
