KOL Specialist

About the role

Owns the influencer marketing programme, building a roster of collegiate creators and running campaigns tied to key campus moments. Aims to turn creator partnerships into measurable brand awareness and orders.

What you will do

• Build and manage a tiered roster of creators active in sorority, fraternity and campus social media
• Plan and run influencer campaigns around recruitment season, homecoming, formals, philanthropy events and product launches
• Write creative briefs that keep content on brand while preserving each creator's authentic voice
• Track campaign performance and report regularly to the brand team on what works
• Negotiate rates, deliverables and usage rights while protecting budget and relationships

What they look for

• Deep familiarity with TikTok and Instagram creator culture, especially campus and Greek life communities
• Experience identifying and evaluating creators on content quality, engagement and cultural fit
• Track record of running influencer campaigns end to end, from brief to reporting
• Ability to measure real impact on awareness and orders, not just reach
• Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
