- Translate credit, underwriting, fraud and commercial needs into prioritised data product specs
- Align the roadmap with platform capacity and feature store architecture alongside engineering leads
- Set agentic, AI-first delivery as the team default with guardrails, evals and human review
- Define and track portfolio success metrics and report tradeoffs to leadership
- Lead up to three data consultants and plan their capacity across both domains

- Three or more years in fintech, credit, lending or payments with knowledge of buy now pay later origination and acquiring flows
- Two or more years of AI-first data product leadership with agents, guardrails and evals
