What you will do
- Act as main customer success contact for a set of strategic government accounts in the region
- Run operational reviews, quarterly business reviews and sessions with executives
- Track customer health, adoption, usage and satisfaction, and build plans that lift retention
- Coordinate onboarding and operator training, including training for replacement users
- Own monthly operational reporting for the region, with dashboards on health, support and renewal risk
