  • Run enablement programs: onboarding, role-based training, certifications and a scalable content system
  • Design and maintain sales processes and systems that support expansion and revenue targets
  • Sync enablement work with product launches, sales process rollouts and tech deployments
  • Work with sellers to find gaps in content and collateral, then close them
