At a glance

What you will do

• Run new hire programs: home study, live sessions, certification, attendance tracking and follow-up reinforcement
• Lead approved content in classroom, virtual and field settings so new hires learn products, selling and compliant execution
• Handle logistics and materials: agendas, rosters, room setup, virtual links, facilitator guides, trackers and job aids
• Keep the LMS current by assigning courses, chasing overdue items and producing accurate training records

What they look for

• Experience coordinating or delivering sales training in a commercial pharmaceutical setting
• Comfort supporting in person and online, with careful attention to approved content and compliance
• Strong organisation for schedules, materials and records across several teams at once
• Willingness to be on site at headquarters at least three days per week

A typical week

• Supporting live or virtual training sessions and supporting certification role-plays
• Updating materials, trackers and the LMS between sessions
• Meeting sales training leaders and field leaders on onboarding priorities
• Coordinating with medical, marketing, legal and regulatory partners on approved content
