Own the full mobile app growth funnel, converting paid and organic installs into verified, funded trading accounts. Set acquisition strategy, manage budget and report on performance from impression to first deposit.

What you will do
- Manage the app user acquisition budget by region, shifting spend weekly based on cost and cohort quality
- Brief and test creative assets such as video, playables and store listings with the creative team
- Run App Store and Google Play optimisation, including keyword research, metadata, localisation and listing experiments
- Grow ratings and reviews and coordinate web-to-app installs with content, social, CRM and partner teams
- Own mobile measurement setup, attribution and cohort reporting with analytics teams
What they look for
- Experience in online retail trading, iGaming or crypto with regulated, deposit-driven funnels
- Hands-on management of multi-channel paid app budgets, ideally above USD 250k monthly
- Proven app store optimisation results on both major stores
- Working knowledge of mobile measurement partners, SKAdNetwork and post-ATT measurement
- Strong analytics skills including cohort analysis, LTV modelling and incrementality
- Four or more years in mobile app user acquisition
