National Account Manager, Tile Retail

About the role

The commercial team needs someone to lead strategy and day-to-day execution for national tile retail accounts. Account planning, product launches and promotional budgets all sit with this person.

What you will do

• Lead sales, marketing and channel strategy for major tile retail accounts
• Own the full sales cycle from listing presentations to forecasting and POS reviews
• Develop relationships with decision makers at assigned national accounts
• Manage annual business planning, promotional budgets and account agreements

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
• Five or more years in sales or marketing within construction and industrial channels
• Prior sales management and key account experience
• Comfort presenting to large audiences and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Nice to have

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
