What you will do

• Submit a repository for an initial assessment of its licensing value
• Receive an evaluation based on the codebase and acceptance criteria
• Explore licensing options if the repository qualifies
• Get paid under the agreed terms once a transaction completes

What they look for

• Software development experience or ownership of an existing product, application or repository
• Access to original repositories, including discontinued or internal projects
• Code free of third party material you may not sublicense
