Oracle Application Systems Analyst (Mid-Level)

About the role

Support a federal service program's enterprise applications by analyzing behavior, testing changes and coordinating releases. Help improve systems that strengthen communities and civic engagement.

What you will do

• Work with application subject matter experts and developers to capture business rules, workflows and requirements
• Analyze existing application behavior, defects and change requests
• Develop and run functional, regression and user acceptance tests for enhancements and releases
• Coordinate test cycles with development, database and operations teams
• Validate data flows and integration points across program portals
• Run automated tests, document results, defects and gaps, and track remediation and release readiness

What they look for

• Technical training, certification or a degree
• Five or more years of related experience
• Understanding of operations and maintenance processes, change control and release management
• Experience supporting federal programs or mission-driven organizations
• Skills with testing tools such as UFT or Selenium, SQL and JIRA

Pay

USD 83,300 to 112,700 per year
