Outbound Team Supervisor

About the role

Enrollment work runs at high volume, so the supervisor keeps quality and speed in balance while patients get clear, compliant conversations. The team reports to the enrollment operations lead.

What you will do

• Coach enrollment specialists daily on call quality, scripts and how they talk to patients
• Watch call volume, conversion and productivity, and shift the team's focus to hit targets
• Audit calls and give specialists feedback tied to enrollment standards
• Handle escalated patient concerns and complex cases specialists cannot close
• Plan scheduling and pipeline coverage to keep pace with referrals
• Train new specialists on scripts, CRM workflows and HIPAA-compliant handling

What they look for

• 5 or more years in outbound sales or patient enrollment, including high-volume phone work
• Working knowledge of CRM and dialer platforms
• Strict handling of patient confidentiality under HIPAA
• Strong written and spoken communication, including sensitive or escalated calls
• Prior experience as a team lead or manager
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Gemini

• Base pay of $65,000 to $80,000, with on-target earnings of $115,000 to $135,000
