A generalist HR role supporting business functions and HR partners in the APJ region, handling queries, data analysis and performance cases.

Support HR business partners in the APJ region with program rollouts and ongoing process execution
Analyze HR data such as headcount, attrition and performance to produce insights and reports for leaders
Manage performance management cases from start to finish with managers, ensuring fair and timely outcomes
Coach managers through the performance process with advice, documentation and best practice
Help run or lead business initiatives such as reorganizations and role and level assessments
Work with talent, IT, employee relations, compliance, recruiting and compensation teams to align programs

A track record of advising on HR queries covering benefits, compensation, offboarding, global mobility and employee relations
Comfort analyzing HR trends and preparing clear reports and presentation materials
Ability to partner with managers and cross functional stakeholders across regions
Experience supporting cyclical HR events such as calibration and pulse surveys
