Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

Take over paid media strategy and hands-on execution for the Australian market, replacing an agency and driving direct to consumer growth. The role is fully remote with overlap of Australian business hours.

What you will do

• Own strategy and hands-on management of Meta, Google, TikTok and Amazon ads for Australia
• Find gaps in retargeting, funnel mix and upper versus lower funnel balance, then fix them
• Manage a large annual paid media budget with accountability for performance and spend efficiency
• Brief the in-house designer on creative needs and test creative hypotheses against performance data
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, conversion rate and channel revenue, and report insights with next steps
• Keep up with platform changes, algorithm updates and emerging AI advertising tools

What they look for

• Proven hands-on Meta and Facebook ads experience as the core requirement
• Paid media experience in-house at a comparable e-commerce brand and spend level
• Ability to own paid media end to end, from diagnosing gaps to executing changes independently
• Data-driven, growth-minded approach and the ability to learn a new market and brand quickly
• Clear written and verbal English for creative briefs, stakeholder reporting and team collaboration
• Meaningful overlap with Australian business hours
